A customer would like an option to rearrange modules on mobile for the property page since the contact form is located on the bottom of the page and customer needs to scroll down to the very bottom just to fill out the form

Customer complained that his landing pages were seeing lots of traffic and no one signing up.  He did a/b testing with a competitor and found the LP with the form above the fold performed much better.
