When I have several clients under contracts, I need to set reminders for when the option period ends, when the inspection is scheduled, when the finance approval is needed, when the title commitment is due and to be reviewed, when survey is due, when the final walk thru is, follow-ups after the transaction has closed, and many other specific-to-the-property reasons. I also set specific dates for following up with leads I've contacted, which could be a week or just a stay-in-touch call when they are months out from buying. I used this feature ALL the time on my other CRM. I don't understand how that could not be on this program...setting reminders is HUGE! :-)
