Ability to filter sold listings on a listings module and listings page by agent ID instead of agent name as it is currently.

Suggest that this is a toggle - either by name OR by agent id. This becomes important when someone has some listings under a nickname or a maiden name or the feed just didn't include the name for a particular listing. Only the agent ID is guaranteed to not change and is required (listing agent at least) by standard.
